Shipping Options

Office Furniture Center has several delivery options for you in-store or at checkout online. Read a description of each below.


Free Next Day In-Store Pickup: Our easiest option is for FREE in-store pickup. You can pay for and reserve your items immediately online and then come and pick-up in store later. After purchase, our Customer Service Representative will be in touch to schedule your pick-up. Our showroom and warehouse is located at 4800 W Roosevelt Rd Chicago, IL 60644. You can pickup from Docks 15-18, look for the large orange Office Furniture Center Pickup sign.

Next day pickup is available on certain items.

If you place your order before 2pm, you can pickup any order for the following items after 1pm the next business day:
-All seating orders of 5 chairs or less
-All lounge furniture orders of 3 pieces or less
-All Training or Cafe table orders of 5 pieces or less
-All filing & storage orders of 3 pieces or less
-All straight desk orders of 3 pieces or less
-All accessories & other miscellaneous item orders

Orders of workstations, l-shaped desks, u-shaped desks, private offices, conference tables, or any orders over the maximum purchase for the above category sets are not eligible for next day pickup. A customer service representative will be in touch to confirm your pickup date after order.

Custom Delivery Quote: The majority of our inventory is pre-owned and fully assembled, which can make getting an exact delivery quote difficult. When you select this option, you can pay for and reserve your items immediately and shortly after purchase our Customer Service Representative will be in touch to provide you a freight quote. We are able to ship freight to the lower 48 US States. We do not ship internationally.


Local Delivery Charge : We offer a flat $50 delivery charge on certain smaller items being delivered to within 25 miles of the Office Furniture Center warehouse and showroom. These smaller items include pre-owned seating, training tables, lounge furniture, and filing. This delivery may be completed by one of our trucks or by our partner Dolly, who offers on-demand delivery in the city of Chicago and surrounding suburbs. This rate does not apply to Union buildings - please reach out for a quote if you are in a Union building.


UPS: A few of our refurbished, renewed and new chairs are able to be boxed up and shipped UPS to the lower 48 states at a flat rate fee. You will see a NATIONWIDE UPS SHIPPING logo on the product picture if that chair applies, and will see an option for "UPS or Freight" at checkout. The UPS or Freight option only applies to products with this Nationwide UPS Shipping logo. CURRENT LEAD TIME: Please allow 5-10 days for shipment and you will be provided your UPS tracking number after purchase. Most chairs shipped UPS will require simple assembly.
*Please note: UPS option will appear in shipping options anytime any eligible chair is in your cart. This price only applies to the chairs, and not to any additional items. Workstations & larger items will always ship freight and will always have an additional shipping fee.

RETURN PROCEDURE FOR UPS ORDERS: OFC offers a 30 day return policy on any of our pre-owned product. If you would simply like to return the chair, the customer is responsible for returning the items to the warehouse. If there is a defect with the chair, we will provide a prepaid UPS label. You have 30 days from delivery to notify us to process a return. The chair must be returned in a box no larger than 26x26x26. We recommend holding onto the original box to send back. We will provide a prepaid UPS label. If you are using a different box, we will need to know the dimensions before we can process the return. You will need to remove the cylinder before return.
